Adama Lorna is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, creator, and founder of RenColl (Renaissance Collective). She builds systems that help multi-passionate professionals navigate, manage, and thrive with their multiple passions and skills without burning out or diluting their impact.
Her work is shaped by her own nonlinear career journey, moving from studying geography into large-scale systems engineering, and later into content creation, brand partnerships, and public speaking.
