Spencer Gallagher is the co-author of Agencynomics, a book that most agency owners in the UK have and would recommend reading! It’s often referred to as the “Bible for agency owners”. He is also the co-founder of Cactus, an agency consultancy service, helping thousands of other agency owners grow their businesses to £3M and beyond. After successfully selling his own agency and working on the board of many other successful agencies, Spencer certainly knows what works in the agency world.
