An entrepreneur-led podcast for entrepreneurs

No Bullsh*t
Talks.

Honest, in-person conversations about what it actually takes to build a business—and the useful decisions, mistakes and lessons that polished success stories leave out.

Why listen?

Because the useful part is usually what gets edited out.

Most business conversations begin after the hard work has been tidied into a neat story. No Bullsh*t Talks goes back into the uncertainty: finding customers, making expensive mistakes, hiring people, losing confidence, changing direction and working out what growth should actually look like.

It is for entrepreneurs who want perspective from people doing the work—not another set of motivational soundbites.

Real decisionsWhat guests chose, why they chose it and what happened next.
Useful mistakesThe failures and misjudgements that rarely make the polished version.
Different routesNo single founder playbook presented as the universal answer.
Human contextWhat building a business costs emotionally as well as financially.

The No Bullsh*t Talks journey

Started on Zoom.
Still moving forward.

Podcasting is harder—and far less glamorous—than it looks. We have kept going because every season creates better conversations, stronger relationships and another reason to improve the show.

S1
The beginning

Remote. On Zoom. Low budget.

Season One was built with what we had: remote conversations, a small setup and the determination to begin before everything was perfect.

S2
First time in the room

In person—and learning everything.

We moved face-to-face, made plenty of production and editing mistakes, and learned how to create a far better conversation.

S3
Current season

Live audiences. Miami. Going international.

Season Three expanded the format with live podcast recordings, an audience in the room and conversations recorded internationally in Miami.

Explore Season Three
S4
Planned next

Fully sponsored and financially backed.

The next step is a properly backed Season Four—giving the production and the people behind it the support to grow.

S5
Hopefully

Recorded in our own N0BS studio.

The long-term ambition: a permanent Shoreditch home for the podcast, the wider N0BS community and other creators.
